1. Warranty Scope & Manufacturer Terms
Walletmix Limited acts as a solution integrator and hardware supplier. Products distributed through our platform carry official manufacturer warranties or supplier service backing as specified on each individual product model at the time of purchase:
Energy & Power Stations
Portable power stations, inverters, and LiFePO4 battery modules carry manufacturer warranty coverage ranging from 2 to 5 years depending on specific model tier and cell chemistry specifications.
Two-Way Radio Equipment
Transceiver main bodies typically carry a 1-year service warranty against internal component defect. Consumables (batteries, antennas, power adapters) carry a 3 to 6-month limited warranty.
2. Standard Exclusions
Warranty claims cannot be honored under the following circumstances:
- Damage resulting from lightning strikes, grid power surges, or electrical transients where certified surge protection devices (SPD) were omitted.
- Liquid ingress, corrosion, or environmental exposure exceeding the certified ingress protection (IP) rating of the enclosure.
- Unauthorized opening of sealed enclosures, third-party repair attempts, physical drop impacts, or altered serial numbers.
- Improper reverse-polarity DC battery wiring or connection of solar arrays exceeding the rated Open Circuit Voltage (Voc).
- Natural degradation of battery capacity over standard duty cycles within manufacturer-specified retention bounds.
3. Service Workmanship Warranty
Where turnkey installation services are contracted directly with Walletmix Limited (such as rooftop solar balance-of-system wiring, battery cabinet integration, or base station antenna mast installation), we provide a 30-day workmanship assurance covering DC terminations, mechanical fixings, and earthing bonding executed by our technical team.
